Why do you not list prices online?
Because no two homes are alike. A two-bedroom with pets and a wood stove is a different job from a two-bedroom that gets light use. We come to you, walk through together, and give you one clear number in person. It takes fifteen minutes and there is no obligation.
What happens on the first visit?
Before any cleaning, we meet you at the home for a short walkthrough and estimate. On the first cleaning we take a little extra time to learn the home. After that, visits get faster and more consistent because we know exactly what you want.
