Over more than two decades we have cleaned homes all across Placerville, from the historic downtown neighborhoods to the newer developments off Highway 50. The families here have been the foundation of our business, and many of our very first clients are still with us today.
Placerville homes run the full range: 1900s houses near Main Street with original wood floors and plaster, ranch homes in the foothills with acreage and long driveways, and newer builds near Cold Springs. Older homes need gentler products and more dusting of trim and built-ins. Foothill properties bring in pine needles, dust, and mud in winter, so entryways and floors get extra attention. Because we are based here, Placerville is also where our schedule is most flexible.
